ABIUDEA in action!
Through local and international cooperation projects, our organization implements strategies for climate change adaptation and sustainable development in vulnerable communities, while also responding to crisis situations through humanitarian action.
Mission
To develop projects with citizen empowerment strategies that advance the conservation and restoration of biodiversity, food security, disaster risk management, climate change adaptation, humanitarian action and the sustainable development of the territories, contributing to a better quality of life for the communities involved.
Vision
By 2030 we will be a recognized organization in the Colombian Caribbean region for developing projects focused on the conservation and restoration of biodiversity, gender equity and sustainable development, known for the human and professional quality of our team and for the contribution we make nationally and internationally.

Communities we serve
Everything we do is possible thanks to our work with the communities, which strengthens our processes. With their own history, customs and ways of life, they teach us how to act and support them from their own reality. Among them are:

- Indigenous peoples

- Returnees
Coverage map
We have carried out projects in the departments of La Guajira, Magdalena, Atlántico, Bolívar, Córdoba, Sucre, Antioquia and Huila, improving the conditions of the most vulnerable people in these territories.
Territorial reach
We work to reach more territories every day. To date we are present in 27 rural settlements across the districts of Tomarrazón, Matitas, Las Palmas, Punta de los Remedios and Juan y Medio.
We are also present in several rancherías in Riohacha and Dibulla, as well as in the rural area of Santa Marta Guachaca: Don Diego, Guacoche and the municipality of Ciénaga Pueblo Viejo.
