Share your questions, alerts, suggestions, initiatives and appreciation about our projects through the channels provided by the Association of Biologists of Universidad del Atlántico.
The Association of Biologists of Universidad del Atlántico – ABIUDEA – has worked to promote communication systems centred on the needs of the people it works with. In addition to the traditional PQRS system (questions, complaints, claims and suggestions), we have implemented the PASIF model, a more human and social approach to communication that fosters social construction.
Everyone has the right to submit respectful requests, whether for general or personal reasons, and to receive a prompt response.
These are the components of the PASIF system:
Questions
Addresses the uncertainties or doubts raised by communities about a project developed by the organization, or about any line of action or objective that needs further clarification.
Alerts
Born out of the most urgent needs, alerts are a core part of this system: they receive immediate attention and are closely monitored by the organization as part of our humanitarian action.
Suggestions
Every project and initiative can always be improved, and this is key for ABIUDEA, an organization in constant transformation. Through this channel, suggestions, concerns and complaints are received and addressed in a timely manner.
Initiatives
As people learn, receive resources and develop tools, more and more of them recognize their needs or discover the potential of their context. The proposals that emerge deserve not only recognition but also support to be promoted and put into practice.
Appreciation
Good news never ends, and neither does positive feedback. Recognition of good work and outstanding processes deserves to be shared more widely by the groups we serve and by those who admire our work from other perspectives. In the PASIF system, oriented towards social construction, appreciation is a key element.
